I lunched at Charbrie's as a alternative to another establishment that was at capacity. Was I ever delighted that the other restaurant was full. I am vegetarian and was thrilled that there is an innovative vegetarian option that includes protein not just some pasta primavera. Service was meticulous. Food was to die for. I will return soon and tell others to come as well.

When we eat at Charbries, we talk about the food! Charbries is innovative in the subtlest ways that make every meal sing! They also are a leader in serving local foods and seasonal menus. You can't go wrong here - my vote for best restaurant in Waterloo.

I've never had an untasty bite at Charbrie's, and several of my experiences there have been among the best ever. This is possibly the outstanding restaurant in K-W, and at least a candidate for that status.
