the food here is amazing, some of the best Thai food I have ever eaten.
However, without a doubt, I have received the WORST SERVICE from this restaurant in my 20 years on this Earth. On at least 4 separate occasions, I would order take-out Phad Thai. After 20 minutes of waiting, they would give my order to an asian who came after me, then the servers would come up to me and ask me what I ordered. 40 minutes to order takeout is absolutely unacceptable.
Even when I stay in with a party to eat the food, they have screwed up my order. Instead of shrimp rolls, they give me spring rolls. They serve me the wrong kind of Phad Thai.

If you are of any descent OTHER than Korean, DO NOT GO TO THE GOLDEN MANGO. I love the food, but the service is so bad that I will never give them another dollar again.
