I went to the King Street trio to night and was very impressed with the wonderful service I had. It wasnice to place a special order for food and have no issuesgetting what I wanted. My steak was cooked to perfection and there was no agruement or extra charge for getting double vegtables instead of a starch.
Nice to see a customer still matters.
I would definately return again and the loyalty coupons were a nice bonus for next time.

We visited this restaurant a couple of years ago and the service and food were very good. We visited once again recently and were not at all impressed with either service or food. Our server was clearly new at the game and had no idea how to serve.The resaurant was very quiet but it took forever to get served. The crab cakes were dry ,the sirloin steak I ordered medium came on the plate well done. I sent it back and eventually got the steak I ordered. The baked potato was dry and the sauted vegetables were floating on the plate. They serve the sauce in a small stainless cup sitting on the plate.

We were not at all impressed and would NOT reccommend this place to anyone.

Had dinner at your great place last evening (Feb.2). First comment...the piano player was excellent. Our waitress was very pleasant, informed and never confused...(there were 11 of us) & made sure that everything we requested was perfect (i.e. some of us split salads as starters...extra plates, with salad already meted out). We all were made to feel so welcome in Kitchener-Waterloo. Everyone totally enjoyed the meal. Thank you. I will return, as I know the other members of our party will.
